The first post of them all

So, this is my first post. This site, it’s up, it’s running, it’s maybe a little too Web 2.0 for my tastes, I miss the rustic look of the early days of the web, and that should probably inform you as to why the site looks like this.

I’m working on a few things, it’s summer, and I’m coming in on three of five years in my degree. It’s likely that I’ll post the things here with an announcement whenever I remember to do it as opposed to whenever I can. I’m particularly crippled by illness right now, so I have a lot of time on my hands (I was going on a trip to Washington State, and I had to cancel that.)

This month’s projects? Translations. Writing. Reading. Music. These will probably be things I post about here. More news soon. Just needed to post something to set the record straight
